Returns Policy

 

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
After cancelling, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us.
Once we have received the returned item in good condition, you will be refunded the full order amount, including the original shipping costs.

Only the return shipping costs from your home to our warehouse are at your own expense.
These costs are approximately €7.25 per parcel; please check your chosen carrier’s website for the exact rates.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, the product should be returned with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
